AIM’s Dr. Sirine Bayram to Present at International Conference for Electronics Hardware Enabling Technologies (ICEHET)

Cranston, Rhode Island USA - AIM Solder, a leading global manufacturer of solder assembly materials for the electronics industry, is pleased to announce that Dr. Sirine Bayram, Research Scientist, will present at the International Conference for Electronics Hardware Enabling Technologies (ICEHET).  Sirine’s presentation, “A Thermochemical Study of Water-Soluble Paste Residues,” can be accessed through the ICEHET Conference Presentation Package starting Tuesday,  June 2, 2021 until Wednesday, September 1, 2021.

Dr. Bayram’s presentation provides an in-depth analysis of the chemicals used in the development and production of water-soluble solder pastes.  Attendees will learn how materials are evaluated and selected for incorporation into this type of paste and the rationale for incorporating these materials. 

About the Presenter
Sirine Bayram is a Research Scientist at AIM Solder. She specializes in solder paste product development. She obtained her PhD in Chemistry from McGill university and MSc from the American university of Beirut. She holds experience in the synthesis and characterization of metallic and semiconductor nanomaterials as well as their bottom-up design for targeted applications.
